Since our inception in 1976 by our founder and CEO, Peter Emmons, under the name of the contracting company Structural Preservation Systems (SPS), we have passionately pursued this vision.

Over the years, SPS company expanded and eventually evolved into the thriving family of companies known today as Structural Group, Inc.

Within Structural Group, we encompass contracting companies, STRUCTURAL, PULLMAN and VSL Civil, alongside STRUCTURAL TECHNOLOGIES, which provides the engineering support and cutting-edge products essential for our repair solutions.
