STRUCTURAL TECHNOLOGIES’ Tstrata Enlargement Systems™ seamlessly integrate an additional reinforced concrete layer that is fully bonded to existing structural members. Our cutting-edge system combines specific surface preparation, specialized materials, and pressurized formwork to create monolithic concrete enlargements. These systems increase or restore the load-carrying capacity, ductility, and seismic resistance to a variety of concrete structures.

Tstrata Enlargement Systems™ meet both ICRI 320.IR and ACI RAP-5 requirements for placement of concrete under pressure, and are suitable for all applications, including vertical and overhead installation.

Tstrata SCC Repair Material™

Self-consolidating concrete (SCC) materials to enhance consolidation in thin enlargement applications and congested reinforcement zones

Tstrata Pressurized Form Technology™

Creates pressure to force the new concrete into the prepared surface, creating a monolithic interface between the existing substrate and the enlargement Typically monitored using special concrete pressure sensors to confirm bond of existing and new concrete

Steel Reinforcement

Designs are reinforced with mild steel and/or post-tensioning to achieve the required strength and improve serviceability performance
