Zuming Xia, Ph.D., P.E., is a Technical Manager of Structural Technologies VSL, Fellow of PTI. Xia received his BS and MS from Southeast University in China and his Ph.D. from the University of Michigan.

Xia is a voting member of multiple ACI technical committees, PTI Committees and ASBI Committees associated with prestressed concrete design and construction.
